Noone i asked:

if there are no signs of it beforehand and no indications that he has it, can either of those two things precipitate or bring it on?
with absolutely avg blood sugar levels
thanks everyone. I am not overweight but I dont get as much exercise as I should. My main concern was that being adopted and NOT knowing my medical history if external things as a sugar filled diet would bring it on.

  1. Eating sugars or high carbohydrate foods does NOT cause diabetes in anyone!!

If the person is healthy, has normal A1c reading, has good blood pressure, and good cholesterol levels, they should not get anything as expensive or time consuming as diabetes.
