how about for someone who has a preexisting condition and say. . . would need surgery on both of his knees? would that effect qualifications? would it up the monthly bill?

Right now they are almost blue, I had to put socks on. The wierd thing is when i covered them up under a blanket they started to sweat but still felt cold - whats up with that?
