reynolds asked: Obviously male health is very important due to sperm development. My question is, what should a male do regarding diet and lifestyle to develop the most healthy sperm possible?
I figure the best thing (gift) I can do for my child would be to give him/her the healthiest start from a biological standpoint.
I have read take a multivitamin. But there must be other things. I was thinking vegan diet, no alchohol, etc.
I am a male, 27, but very curious and conscience about my health.
I am not married but close. We will be this year. I am not concerned in any way about my health and know and understand my body. I guess I am just curious as to what I can do to ensure that I provide my future child with the absolute best possible chance at health.
I don’t think there is anything more responsible.

waiting on the world to change.. asked: Well, we were assigned to read this webpage and then list the purposes of certain female and male parts (i know, really weird, and slightly…disturbing in a way, but bear with me here:])
I am not a male, and the website didn’t talk much about the purposes of these parts.
Epididymis
Seminal Vessicle
what are they, and what are their purposes?
thanks, and please nice answers only!

Noone i asked:
if there are no signs of it beforehand and no indications that he has it, can either of those two things precipitate or bring it on?
with absolutely avg blood sugar levels
thanks everyone. I am not overweight but I dont get as much exercise as I should. My main concern was that being adopted and NOT knowing my medical history if external things as a sugar filled diet would bring it on.
