Does anyone know which male steroid (in pills) is ok to use, that will make me gain lean muscle (15-20 pounds) without bloating and side effects. In other words, I don’t want a steroid that puts my health at risk, lose hair, etc.
Also, for the ones that you indicate, if you can list how many weeks to use it and the dosages, that would be great. As much information you can give me about it, it would be great.
