Heather T asked:

This may be silly but my best friends dad (40) died of a sudden heart attack almost a year ago (1 week before her wedding) now I just had another friend who’s father (64) passed away also, 1 month after hers. My wedding is 3 weeks away and with all of this, all I am thinking about is my dad! I’m becoming so worried about him now. He is very overweight and I was wondering if anyone knew information on the major health risks for his age or any good websites with some information. That way maybe if I decide to talk to him and help him then I will be more informed. Thanks!

Brendan
