There is nothing free in California. Even Medicaid has a share of cost unless you are in certain categories which you are not. You have to go to community clinics which charge on a sliding scale. Cant you even afford to join Kaiser?. At your age health insurance is as cheap as it gets.

For that long at pt status theres no such thing as free health insurance though we all wish am providing you need to be unemployed for that long at.
