I am 28 year old male. my height is 5.2 and weight is 43. How can I improve my health?

am 28 years old male. My height is 5-2′ and weight is 43Kg. I am so weak, I have done all my medical tests thats are all ok. about six months ago I used some medficine for improve my health thats are Chewcal, Serbax Z and some food supliment for eight months regularly but there is no any effect. Now I am taking more potatos and have some beef and mutton. I am taking 6 glass of water daily but there is no improvment. I have to face some problems because of my weakness and small height. I have no personality and not good health, please suggest me some diet and medicine. I have taken all eatable things but not improvment.

  1. Firstly, you need to think positively.

    Secondly, these things work best over time. Granted that 6 months should start showing some results. But dun be desperate to try every remedy that comes along.

    Consult a wellness centre, be is medical or beauty. Different things work for different people.

A subscription to a gum is always a good bet that as well as a beneficial diet, you need to start eating healthy as well as exercising, because if you really think about exercising alone will do nothing if you have no muscle to build up on, so i suggest start eating your far share of carbs and protein as well as lifting some weights and you should see some progress, but as they say Rome wasnt built in a day, it takes time and patience.
